Pepstro Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Pepstro is a peptide education product created by Matt Mastro. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Matt Mastro and the Pepstro platform.

2. What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name — collected via the onboarding quiz so Pepstro can address you personally
• Email address — collected at purchase, used only to deliver your access link
• Quiz answers — your goals, experience level, budget, needle preference, health history flag, and route preference

Information collected automatically:

• Conversation history — your messages and Pepstro's responses
• Session data — timestamps of when you accessed Pepstro
• Acknowledgment records — when you agreed to our Terms of Use

Information we do NOT collect:

• Payment information (handled entirely by Stan Store)
• Your location
• Browsing history or tracking cookies beyond basic session management
• Any biometric data

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for exactly one purpose: making Pepstro work for you.

• Your name personalizes Pepstro's greeting
• Your quiz answers are loaded into Pepstro's context
• Your conversation history lets Pepstro remember where you left off
• Your email delivers your access link

4. What We Do NOT Do With Your Information

We will never:

• Sell your personal data to any third party
• Share your quiz answers, health history flag, or conversation history with any third party
• Use your information for advertising targeting
• Share your email with marketing lists, affiliates, or partners
• Use your data to train AI models beyond the scope of your own Pepstro session

Your health-related information is treated with the highest level of privacy. It is never shared. Ever.

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized systems only.

If you would like your conversation history deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 7 business days.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Active accounts: Data is kept for as long as your access is active
• Inactive accounts: Data may be retained for up to 12 months after last activity
• Conversation history: Retained for the duration of your access. Deletable on request.
• Acknowledgment logs: Retained indefinitely for legal compliance

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: request a copy of your data, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, data portability, restrict processing, and opt out of data sale (we do not sell personal information).

9. Children's Privacy

Pepstro is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
